Patient Billing

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. Unless other arrangements have been made, payment is due at the time of service. If you have any questions regarding your account, or would like to make a payment over the phone, please contact us at Highlands Ranch Dental Care Phone Number (303) 470 - 0017. Usually, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will also send you a monthly statement, and most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment. After your insurance has been paid, any remaining balance is your responsibility.  If you would like to make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, this must be done before the actual procedure.
